Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche Nació en Kham, en la región de Nangchen, en el este del Tíbet. Es director Espiritual de la Estupa de la Iluminación en Loma Bonita y del Centro de Meditación Garchen México, alumno de Su Eminencia Garchen Rinpoche.
Su Eminencia Garchen Rimpoche, nació en 1936 al este del Tíbet, en Nangchen Kham. Reconocido como la reencarnación del Siddha Gar Chodingpa, Garchen Rimpoche, es uno de los maestros del linaje Drikung Kagyu más importantes. Fue disípulo de Kyobpa Yigten Sumgön, fundador de esta rama del budismo tibetano.
